Terms of Service

Overview

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of asger.me and the services provided by Asger Teglgaard ("I", "me", or "my"). By accessing or using my website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

I provide hands-on B2B marketing support. The work can include:

• Discovery engagements that map the current state, constraints, priorities, and next decisions
• Embedded go-to-market support inside a client team
• Strategy and hands-on execution across positioning, campaigns, websites, CRM, data, reporting, and integrations
• Focused internal tools and agent-supported workflows connected to the agreed work
• Documentation, knowledge transfer, and team enablement connected to the work

Engagement Terms

The scope, outputs, timing, price, payment schedule, and working terms for each engagement are set out in a separate agreement or statement of work. Discovery is scoped as a focused engagement. Embedded support is provided as an ongoing monthly agreement and may begin directly or after discovery, depending on the agreed scope.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliverables created specifically for a client become the property of the client upon full payment. General methodologies, templates, and tools remain my intellectual property.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the engagement agreement. Standard payment terms are net 8 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges.

Confidentiality

I maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and projects. Any confidential information shared during engagements will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

My liability for any claims arising from my services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. I am not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Termination

Either I or the client may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the engagement agreement. Clients are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
