Talks, workshops, and working sessions

I speak from inside the work.

Most weeks I am embedded in a go-to-market team, helping turn a technical product with a long sales cycle into a motion people can actually run.

That is what I bring to a room. Current examples, strong opinions, and the useful details that disappear when the work gets turned into a trend deck.

What I can contribute

Two things I keep running into.

They usually turn out to be the same problem: people, systems, and data are working from different versions of what the company is trying to do.

01

Getting a complicated GTM motion moving.

Most go-to-market advice assumes the product is easy to explain and the buying decision is quick. That is not where I usually work.

I speak about getting the motion moving when the product is technical, the sales cycle is long, and marketing, sales, product, data, and the CRM all have to agree on what happens next.

02

Making AI part of the team.

AI gets boring the moment it becomes another way to write an ad.

I use agents across the actual setup: research, campaign preparation, data checks, handovers, quality control, and small tools that help marketing, sales, or product do the work. The interesting part is not the prompt. It is what the system can safely own.

A talk, workshop, or internal working session can all work. I shape it around the people in the room and what they should be able to do when they leave.

Before you bring me in

You should check me out first.

I am not a full-time speaker. Most weeks I am inside a B2B go-to-market team, helping build and operate the thing I talk about.

Software is the common thread, but the work also crosses engineering, fintech, and other products that take some explaining. The examples are current because the edges are still sharp.

Bring me in

Tell me what you have in mind.

Who is in the room, what should they leave able to do, and roughly when? I read every message and will tell you straight whether I can make it useful.
