How many interviews do you participate in?
Typically final round interviews for your top 2-4 candidates. I can do more if needed, but the goal is to add value where it matters most - helping you decide between strong candidates.
What if we hire someone and it doesnât work out?
Hiring has risk. I help minimize it with better evaluation, but I donât guarantee outcomes. What I do guarantee is that youâll make a more informed decision with better questions and evaluation criteria.
