AI

I use AI to work faster,
not think less.

AI is a tool. The right tool for the right job. Here's how it actually shows up in my work.

Not Tool-Centric. Task-Centric.

I don't care about AI tools. I care about getting work done well.

That means using Claude when I need a thinking partner. Local models when I'm handling client data. Automation when something is repetitive. And no AI at all when the task needs human judgment.

The goal isn't to use AI everywhere. It's to use the right tool for the job - and know when AI isn't the answer.

What This Looks Like Daily

Claude & Claude Code

My primary AI. Strategic thinking, research, writing, code review. When I need to pressure-test an idea or explore angles I might miss, Claude is my thinking partner.

Claude Code lives in my terminal - it's how this website was built, how automations get written, how I move fast without sacrificing quality.

Local Models for Client Data

When I work with client data - CRM exports, customer lists, analytics - I run local models on my machine. Your data never leaves my computer, let alone goes to a cloud API.

This is non-negotiable for client work. Privacy isn't a feature, it's a baseline.

Figma + MCP for Visual Thinking

Everything starts visually. I use Figma with MCP (Model Context Protocol) to generate mermaid charts, system diagrams, and flowcharts from conversations.

When you can see the problem - the funnel, the system, the user journey - you can solve it. Most marketing problems are systems problems in disguise.

Custom Automation

If I do something more than twice, I automate it. Data transformations, report generation, content formatting, API integrations.

Not "no-code" tools. Actual scripts and pipelines that do exactly what's needed, nothing more.

Concrete Examples

AI isn't abstract for me. It's in every project:

HubSpot Implementations

When setting up HubSpot for clients, I use AI to analyze existing workflows, suggest automation sequences, and generate initial email templates. The AI proposes, I refine, the client approves.

Campaign Analysis

Pulling performance data, identifying patterns, generating insights. Local models process the raw data, I interpret what it means and what to do about it.

System Documentation

Mapping complex processes into clean diagrams. Figma MCP turns a rambling conversation about "how things work" into a clear flowchart your whole team can reference.

Website & Landing Pages

This page you're reading? Built with Claude Code. From component architecture to copy refinement. I direct, it executes, I review, we iterate.

What This Means for You

Faster Delivery

What used to take weeks happens in days. AI handles grunt work - I focus on strategy and quality.

Data Privacy

Your data stays on my machine when it needs to. No surprises about where your customer list ended up.

Better Documentation

Everything gets documented properly. Your team can maintain what I build without calling me every week.

Technical Depth

I can actually build the automations and integrations I recommend. No "here's a deck, good luck."
