Asger vs Marketing Agencies

No account managers. No junior team handoffs. No overhead.

The problem

You meet the A-team during sales. Smart people who get it. Then you sign the contract and get handed to the B-team—junior account managers learning on your dime.

When something breaks, you go through an account manager who goes through a project manager who eventually reaches someone who can fix it. Three weeks later, you get a solution.

The monthly retainer covers their office, their overhead, their meetings about your account. You’re paying for infrastructure that serves them, not you.

How I’m different

  • Same person start to finish. I’m who you meet, who does the strategy, who builds the campaigns, who shows up when things break. No handoffs.

  • Execution, not presentation theater. No 47-slide status decks. You get a plan in Google Sheets, updates in Slack, and work that ships.

  • No overhead markup. You pay for work, not their office rent, account managers, and CEO conference budget.

  • Flexible engagement. Scale up when you need more, scale down when you don’t. No contracts forcing you to pay for unused capacity.

Pricing

Agencies: $10,000–$30,000/month retainer, 3-6 month minimum, plus “out of scope” fees.

Me:

  • Hourly: 1,500 kr/hour
  • Fixed projects: 15,000 kr–75,000 kr
  • Embedded: 40,000 kr–120,000 kr/month, no minimum

You pay for work, not infrastructure.
